Life Balance

Creator of all life,
Life is made of contrasts and balances: day and night, work and rest, joy and sorrow. Everything has its place, its time, its reason for being.
Help me find balance in my life. Between activity and rest, between giving and receiving, between effort and relaxation. May I know how to welcome the different seasons of my existence.
May I see each day as a gift, each moment as an opportunity. May the balance within me grow, may the light progressively overcome the inner darkness.
