Saying Yes to God
"May your word to me be fulfilled."
— Luke 1:38
Lord,
Throughout history, men and women have said yes to Your call, without knowing exactly where it would lead them. A yes to the unknown, a yes in trust.
How many times do You invite me to say yes to something new, unknown, destabilizing? And how many times do I refuse out of fear, out of need for control, out of lack of trust?
Give me the courage to say yes even in uncertainty, to trust even when I don't understand everything, to embark on the adventure You offer me. May my yes open unexpected doors.
Amen.

Reflection
What are you being called to say yes to? What step into the unknown is being asked of you? Courage is not the absence of fear; it is saying yes despite it.
For all those who are called to major changes and need courage.
