Self-Confidence
"I can do all this through him who gives me strength."
— Philippians 4:13
Lord,
I often doubt myself. My abilities, my worth, my legitimacy. This insecurity holds me back, prevents me from daring, from trying, from achieving what I am capable of.
Strengthen my self-confidence. Not blind arrogance, but a fair appreciation of what I can do. You have given me talents, gifts, strengths. Help me recognize them and dare to use them.
When doubt paralyzes me, remind me that I am not alone, that You are with me, that Your strength completes my weaknesses. With You, I can face the challenges before me.
Amen.

Reflection
Make a list of three things you do well. This recognition of your strengths is not pride; it is a fair appreciation of your gifts.
For those who lack self-confidence and need to dare.
