The Communion of Believers

Heavenly Father,
I think of all the believers who preceded us. These ordinary people who lived extraordinarily, who let Your light shine through their lives.
Thank You for this communion of believers. For their example that inspires me, for their testimony that supports me, for this mysterious bond that unites us beyond death.
May I journey toward a holy life in my own daily existence. Not an impossible perfection, but a life of authentic love, humble service, trusting faith.
