Compassion in Action
"Heal the sick."
— Matthew 10:8
Healing God,
Compassion without action remains incomplete. Those who care for, who serve, who relieve suffering put their compassion into practice.
Thank You for all the caregivers who follow this calling. For their compassion, their competence, their dedication to the sick. They are instruments of Your healing.
May I, too, combine competence and compassion. In my own field, whatever it may be, put my talents at the service of others with heart.
Amen.

Reflection
How can you combine competence and compassion in your own life?
For all caregivers and for their well-being.
