A Roof Over My Head
"Better a small serving of vegetables with love than a fattened calf with hatred."
— Proverbs 15:17
Heavenly Father,
I have a roof over my head, a place where I feel safe, a space I can call home. This is a privilege too many people don't have.
Thank You for my home. For this shelter from the weather, for this living space, for this place where I can rest, live, receive. Even if it's not perfect, it's my home.
May this gratitude make me supportive of those who have no home. May I support efforts for everyone to have a dignified roof.
Amen.

Reflection
What makes your housing a home? How can you help those who have no roof?
For all the homeless and for the right to housing for all.
