God of passages,
Transitions are often difficult. Leaving one season of life to enter another, leaving the known for the unknown. These passages require courage.
Thank You for these transitions that mark my life. They remind me that nothing is fixed, that everything evolves, that life is constant movement.
Help me go through transitions with grace. To honor what ends without clinging to it, to welcome what begins with openness. Transitions are sacred thresholds.
